Seth Perrin has lived in the Northern Virginia area since he was 2 years old and grew up a dependent of a Navy officer. Growing up in a military household is what first sparked his interest in MilVets Home Team. He knows the sacrifices and challenges military families face and he has a strong desire to give back to the military community any way he can. In addition to his desire to give back, Seth’s dedication to customer service and eagerness to learn all he can about the real estate industry makes him a perfect fit as MilVets administrative assistant. Following in his father’s footsteps, he is currently studying to become a licensed real estate agent in Northern Virginia.

Outside of work Seth is a talented musician and loves nothing more than to relax at the end of the day by strumming his guitar or practicing piano and singing. He also loves cooking, board games and all things Disney. Feel free to share a recipe you enjoy, your favorite band, or story about your most recent Disney trip, he’ll love it!
