Timothy Intile

Tim Joined the Military where he served for 9 and half years, he was stationed at Fort Bragg,
North Carolina where he deployed to Afghanistan. After 3 years at Fort Bragg , Tim got put on
orders to Arlington, VA. While stationed in Arlington Tim met his now wife Brittany, a Northern
Virginia native, soon after Tim decided to exit the service in 2019 and take a role serving the
government in the Federal Contracting Space.

During his off time from Government Contracting Tim still helped service members with the
transitioning process from military to civilian life with the process of VA loan and Benefits. Prior
to the military Tim worked in Real Estate Lending. It was at this time he realized he missed
helping people find and finance their Real estate goals , so Tim decided to study for his VA Real
Estate License. So he could continue to serve the veteran community in the surrounding Capital
Region.

One thing Tim learned while serving was loyalty and duty to service and taking care of others. A
home is one of the biggest financial and emotional investments one will make in their lifetime.
Tim wants to earn his clients trust and loyalty through the home buying or selling process.
