Great team of people regularly going above and beyond to answer questions and get things in order. There were times I sent messages in the evening expecting a response sometime next morning and got it within minutes the same evening. Any hiccups in the process scrambled the whole team into action, so even in the moments where inconveniences popped up it was never anything to fault the team on. Don runs a tight ship.

Above and beyond is how I would describe Don Perrin. We were lucky that our daughter found Don Perrin to find her house and that he was then able help us find a house near her. He was wonderful to work with. The personal care he gave to us was so far above and beyond what is expected of a realtor! The housing market is pretty difficult but, he searched to find exactly what we wanted and visited not only the house we bought but several other houses multiple times on our behalf. He even cleaned up the backyard of the house we did buy so we could get a better appraisal. I don’t think we would have had the personal care that Don gives to his clients with too many other realtors. I would recommend him to anyone! He is a true gem!!!
